Job Requirements:
The applicants will have;
- Possessing registered apprenticeship certificate with Baker trade certification
- Able to speak the French language
- Must have 3 to 5 years of working experience in pastry making field
- Prepare special orders, inspect kitchen & food service areas
- Ensure that the quality of pastry meets established standards
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Also, prepare dough for pies, rolls, bread, and sweet goods
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
- Effective interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to operate machinery to make cookies, cakes, and special orders
