Job Requirements:
The candidates should have;
- Possessing secondary school graduation certificate
- Good communication skills in the English language
- Having 2 to 3 years of working experience in the supervision field
- Supervise workers & projects and establish methods to meet work schedules
- Resolve work issues and recommend measures to improve productivity
- Order materials, equipment & supplies
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Read blueprints & drawings and then decided to take further measurements
- Ability to supervise carpenters, apprentices, trade helpers and laborers etc
- Working under pressure and giving 100% result
