- Having college/ CEGEP level certificate with expertise
- Must have 1 year to less than 2 years of working expertise in a restaurant environment
- Plan control and evaluate daily operations
- Address customer complaints/concerns
- Organize and maintain inventory and conduct performance reviews
- Excellent communication & time management skills
- Balance cash & complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Supervise at least 11 to 15 people and assign different roles
- Physically fit and perform organized and committed work
