Job Requirements:
The applicants may possess;
- At least a college/ CEGEP level degree is required
- Having 1 to 2 years diploma as a Legal Assistant/ Paralegal
- Having 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field
- Determine and establish office procedures & routines
- Also, prepare and key in correspondence & legal documents
- Review and proofed documents & correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures
- Moreover, open & distribute regular incoming Email & other material
- Coordinate the flow of information
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, MS Windows & Electronic Mail
- Schedule and confirm appointments & maintain the filling system
Wages:
18 Dollars per hour
& Weekly working hours are approximately 44 hours
