Job Requirements:

The applicants will have;

  • A secondary school graduation certificate is mandatory
  • Possessing 3 to 5 years of working expertise in the same profession
  • Also, prepare dough for pies, bread, and sweet goods
  • Prepare cookies and cakes/ icing and frosting according to recipes orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
  • Operate machinery and inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
  • Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Organize and maintain inventory of the Hotel
  • Specialties to make bread, rolls, desserts, pastries, donuts, and cake decorating
  • Able to prepare wedding and special order cakes
