Job Requirements:
The people will possess;
- Having a high school graduation degree/ equivalent certification
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the same field
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Answer telephone & relay calls and messages
- Type & proofed correspondence, forms, and more documents
- Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain inventory of sales
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings and other conferences on various occasions
- Order office supplies and answer electronic enquires
- Also, determine and establish office procedures & routines
- Greet people and direct them to service areas/ contacts etc
- Able to arrange and coordinate different conferences and seminars etc
- Make reservations, arrange travel of guests and provide valid information
