Job Requirements:

The people will possess;

  • Having a high school graduation degree/ equivalent certification
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the same field
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Answer telephone & relay calls and messages
  • Type & proofed correspondence, forms, and more documents
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain inventory of sales
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings and other conferences on various occasions
  • Order office supplies and answer electronic enquires
  • Also, determine and establish office procedures & routines
  • Greet people and direct them to service areas/ contacts etc
  • Able to arrange and coordinate different conferences and seminars etc
  • Make reservations, arrange travel of guests and provide valid information
