The candidates should possess;
- No degree/ certificate is mandatory for these positions
- A company will train its employees after hiring

- Good communication skills in English
- Remove rubble & other debris at construction sites
- Pave and rake asphalt
- Mix/ pour and spread mateirals
- Effective interpersonal skills are needed
- Load/ unload and transport construction materials from one place to other
- Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- Moreover, clean and pile salvaged materials
- Ability to handle 23 kg weight and perform work as a team player
- Showing flexibility to perform assigned work
