Job Requirements:
The people will possess;
- A College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma
- Having 1 to 2 years of working experience in store supervision
- Authorize payments by cheque and order merchandise
- Hire and train staff for required work
- Supervise & coordinate activities of workers
- Establish work schedules & authorize the return of merchandise
- Resole problems i.e. customer complaints, and supply shortages
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Work under pressure and make reliable work
- Perform work as a team player and focus on the client’s need
