Job Requirements:
The candidates should perform;
- Must have secondary school graduation degree
- Having 7 months to 1 year of working experience in the same field
- Clean meats to prepare for processing/ cutting
- Good communication skills in the English language
- Price meats for sale & cut poultry into pieces
- Cut meat & poultry into specific cuts for commercial/ retail use
- Remove bones from meats & sell meats to customers
- Prepare special displays of meats, fish, and poultry products
- Slaughter cattle, caves, and sheep as prescribed laws
- Trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, weight meats of sale
- Use of band saw, knives, manual cutting utensils, and slicing machine
- Handling heavy loads and performing repetitive tasks
