Job Requirements:
The people possessing;
- A degree in hospitality management
- Having 1 to 2 years of working experience in the Restaurant field
- Good communication skills in the English language
- Effective interpersonal skills are needed
- Handle customer complaints and concerns about their issues promptly
- Asian nationality holders will be preferred
- Operates daily shifts and maintains the work of all restaurant staff
- Supervise, coordinate & train food and beverage staff
- Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to guests
- Making sure that customers are satisfied & operates all work smoothly
