Recruitment Officer Needed for Qatar

The well-established company wants a Recruitment Officer needed for Qatar on an immediate basis. The company is offering full-time job vacancies with Overtime & Medical benefits. The job is based on a contract of 2 years initially which is later on renewable on the basis of satisfactory performance of employees.

One of the key responsibilities of a Recruitment Officer is to create job postings that effectively communicate the requirements and expectations of the position. This involves understanding the needs of different departments within the organization and tailoring job descriptions accordingly. The ability to highlight key skills and qualifications while accurately describing the company culture can be challenging, but it ultimately helps attract high-quality candidates who align with the organization’s values

Job Requirements:

Applicants will have the following requirements;

  • At least a bachelor’s degree is needed
  • Good communication skills & ability to work under pressure
  • Should have good MS Office skills & organizing skills
  • Must have 5 years of GCC experience as a recruiter
  • Also, having managerial skills to appoint the right people for a right job position
  • Good Communication & Correspondence Knowledge
