The applicants shall possess;
- Other trades certificate or diploma
- Having 1 to 2 years of working experience in the same field
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Schedule & confirm appointments, send invoices
- Perform clerical duties i.e filing, sorting, and distributing mail
- Answer telephone calls & messages
- Operate switchboard, receive & issue payments
- Familiar of software used i.e Word processing, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, Electronic Scheduler, Accounting software & MS Outlook
Wages:
20.00 Dollars per hour
Weekly 37 to 38 working hours
