The Facility Management industry wants Painter or General Helper required in Dubai on an immediate basis. The location of the job is Dubai (UAE). The company offers full-time permanent jobs for males only. However, skillful and talented painters perform assigned work in an organized manner. Assist junior workers and other related staff by guiding various tasks. Eligible people may collect all documents to avail of these positions.
Wages:
1700 to 2200 AED per month
& daily working hours are 8 to 10

Job Requirements:
The applicants possess;
- A secondary school graduation/ equivalent certificate is mandatory
- Having 1 to 2 years of working expertise in the painting/ general helper field
- Good communication & interpersonal skills are needed
- Performing tasks i.e holding materials/ tools and cleaning work areas & machinery
- Apply paints, sealers, and solvents to exterior & interior building surfaces
- Deal with plaster, sheetrock, wood, concrete surfaces, etc
- Operates equipment i.e. airless spray, scaffolding, and motorized lifts
- Assist machine operator with minor manufacturing operations
- Set up work areas with necessary supplies
- Checking liquid levels and cleaning changing parts
- Keeping work areas & floors clean of debris
- Preparing outgoing merchandise for delivery/ shopping
- Maintain all records and products in designated places
