The well-organized Industry of Real Estate wants an Office Boy/Girl Required in UAE on an urgent basis. The location of the job is Dubai. The company offers full-time permanent jobs for both males and females. However, candidates must maintain the cleanliness of the office, tables, washrooms & other working environments.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring that the daily operations of an airline run smoothly. While it may not be as glamorous as being a flight attendant or pilot, it is still an essential part of keeping the airline running efficiently.
As an office boy or girl, your responsibilities will include handling administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments and meetings, filing paperwork, and maintaining records. You will also be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, coordinating travel arrangements for employees, ordering office supplies and equipment, and maintaining inventory.
You will need to have excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail to excel at this job. Additionally, having strong communication skills is essential since you’ll be working closely with other team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Job Requirements:
The candidates must possess;
- At least high school graduation is required
- Having 1 to 2 years of working experience in the same field
- Clean the working area as per the company standard
- Monitoring office supplies/ stationery & pantry supplies
- Also, assist in setting up board/ meeting rooms
- Making & serving tea and coffee to guests
- Helping the receptionist, secretaries/ administrative assistants
- Perform work like filing/ scanning documents & photocopying etc
- Good communication & presentation skills
Wages:
1000 to 1500 AED per month
& weekly working hours are 40 to 45 hours approximately
