Job Requirements:

The applicants shall have;

• Having aCollege, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma
• Must have 5 years of working expertise in the health care unit
• Provide directory assistance and send invoices
• Excellent communication skills in the English language
• French-based language-oriented people are given preference
• Obtain and process information required to provide services
• Provide basic information to clients and public
• Perform clerical duties i.e filing, sorting, and distributing mail
• Schedule and confirm appointments of patients
• Monitor mobile radio/ telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Operate electronic scheduler, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Electronic mail, etc
