Job Requirements:
The applicants shall perform;
- At least a secondary school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months
- Worked in hotel, motel, and resort where they hired
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Provide general information about points of interest in the area
- Process guest departures calculate charges and receive payments
- Also, take, cancel, and change room reservations
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Investigate and resolve complaints and claims
- Perform clerical tasks i.e filing, photocopying, faxing, etc
- Able to work different shifts and perform overtime where needed
