Job Requirements:
The candidates are able to perform;
- At least a secondary school graduation certificate
- A company will train its employees after hiring
- Excellent communication skills & time management skills
- Working in confined spaces, cold and hot environments
- Perform greenhouse cleaning, clipping, and mixing fertilizers
- Spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, gardens, etc
- Weeding, tying, seed cutting, and vegetable culling
- Operate climate controls, apply fertilizers, and clean work areas
- Specialty to deal with vegetables, herbs, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, etc
- Report signs of insect or disease damage
- Harvesting seedlings, mixing and preparing soils & hand-harvesting vegetables
- Use gloves while performing duties and handle 45 kg weight easily
