Job Requirements:
The candidates should perform;
- Secondary school graduation certificate/ equivalent certificate
- Must have 1 to 2 years of working experience in the same field
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible for processing transactions at check-out areas of retail stores
- Customer service & interpersonal skills are needed
- Also, ensure that prices & quantities are accurate & accept payments
- Issue receipts, answer messages, and provide helpful information to products
- Respond to complaints process refunds/ exchanges of items
- Maintain a clean workspace and perform repetitive tasks
