The candidates possess;
- High school graduation/equivalent degree holder
- 1 to 2 years of working expertise in the same profession
- To manage customer queries and complaints
- Process orders and make modifications where needed
- Escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
- Able to remain calm when customers are frustrated & expertise in working on computers
- Giving information and assisting to solve complaints of the customers
- Arranging services for clients i.e. booking rooms and arranging car hire etc
- Providing appropriate services and giving information that helps customers
- Respond to customer calls and emails and reply to them quickly
