- Cut, clean and trim fish/ seafood prior to marketing
- Scrape away scales, separate fillets, and remove scarp parts using a knife
- Also, disjoint & remove meat from lobsters
- Good communication skills are needed
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads
- Possessing fish & seafood plant cutters & cleaners specific skills
- Able to work in noisy/ wet, hot, cold work site environment
- Must prepare fish to can/ further processing
