Cut, clean and trim fish/ seafood prior to marketing
Scrape away scales, separate fillets, and remove scarp parts using a knife
Also, disjoint & remove meat from lobsters
Good communication skills are needed
Effective interpersonal skills
Perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads
Possessing fish & seafood plant cutters & cleaners specific skills
Able to work in noisy/ wet, hot, cold work site environment
Must prepare fish to can/ further processing
