Job Requirements:
The candidates have;
- At least a high school graduation certificate is mandatory
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in any 5-star hotel/ restaurant
- Collect payments from customers and provide convenience
- Assist customers by explaining/ recommending items
- Answering questions & processing exchanges/ refunds
- Welcoming customers and helping them locate items
- Provide advice to guests regarding the usage of restaurant/ hotel services
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronic devices used in the cashier field
- Awareness of the environment in 5-star hotels & deal accordingly with special guests
- Perform work as a team player and ready to obey all regulations
