The Manpower Services Canada Limit company wants Building Maintenance Workers required in Canada on an immediate basis. The location of the job is Dartmouth, NS. The company offers full-time temporary employment with more benefits. However, able to work in commercial buildings and shopping centers in malls to complete assigned tasks. Repair and maintenance various aspects of the building and able to operate them easily. Eligible persons may collect all credentials and expertise to avail of the above positions.
Wages:
$20 to $25 Dollars per hour
& weekly working hours are 40 to 45

Job Requirements:
The applicants have;
- A secondary school graduation certificate is mandatory
- Must have 1 to 2 years of working expertise in the same profession
- Perform safety and security checks on opening points of the building
- Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- Empty trash containers and other waste cans
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, etc
- Contact contractors for repair/maintenance of the establishment
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to HVAC & plumbing electrical systems
- Ensure that major repairs within the building and contact tradesperson etc
- Use of waxing machine, power tools, & security system, etc
- Able to handle 23 kg weight easily
