• Prepare and cook complete meals/ individuals dishes & food items
• Organize and manage buffets and banquets
• Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food dishes
• Also, inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Plan menus determine the size of food portions and order supplies
• Estimate food requirements, and costs & monitor all operations
• Supervise kitchen and work areas
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen environments before delivering food items to customers
• Physically demanding to perform required work and doing repetitive tasks
• Take initiative and work as a team player
