Job Requirements:

The applicants must have;

• High school graduation degree is mandatory
• Must have 1 to 2 years of working experience in the airport environment
• Assisting passengers who are disabled/traveling with small kids
• Good communication & time management skills
• Promptly resolve passenger queries & ensure that all travelers are satisfied
• Checking in luggage, taking reservations, and displaying outstanding interpersonal skills
• Achieve excellent customer service while dealing with customers
• Well-informed of flight schedules, aircraft delays, and weather conditions
• Able to multitask & ensure that every person in the aircraft is comfortable & safe
• Stocking aircraft with refreshments and cleaning them after flights
• Making reservations, checking in baggage & giving valid information
