The applicants will have;

  • Possessing secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Able to speak the French language
  • Must have 1 to less than 7 months in pastry making field
  • Prepare special orders, inspect kitchen & food service areas
  • Ensure that the quality of pastry meets established standards
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Also, prepare dough for pies, rolls, bread, and sweet goods
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Effective interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to operate machinery to make cookies, cakes, and special orders
