Job Requirements
The people shall have;
- SIRA Certificate (mandatory)
- 2– 5 Years of experience in same field.
- Ability to manage a team of security guards
- Strong observation and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills in English (basic Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of safety procedures at construction sites
- Ability to stay alert and focused during long shifts
- Responsible and disciplined behavior
- Ability to handle pressure in busy environments
- Physically fit for site duties
- Previous UAE experience is an advantage
